So I think I might have broken my parking pin due to the fact that my car can now roll back and forth while in park with the E brake off..Does anyone know if this is a big fix or where the parking pin is located? I would like to get this done as soon as I can!!
How far does it roll? It's normal for them to roll at least a couple inches back & forth. The parking pawl is inside the trans but very easy to change. Drop the pan then trace the inner linkage to the pawl. It is pretty darn hefty so I have my doubts it is broken but something else may have happened. At any rate, you will have to drop the pan.
Well the car has been completely apart because of my motor swap but I am going to mess around with the transmission cable first. I believe that broke somehow during the build since the car was moved around a few times. If that doesn't work then it has to be the parking pin. right now the car rolls around like it is in neutral. ...Good to know that it isn't a huge deal if I do have to replace the parking pin.

The parking pawl is about 3/8" thick and goes into the teeth on the bottom of the left hand guy in this pic (which are about 1/2" wide):
It's possible that your shift linkage is out of adjustment. Put the shifter in Park, remove the cotter pin and cable from the shift lever on the transmission. Move the lever as far forward as possible (to make sure the trans is in Park) and the cable should slide on and off the pin. If you need to adjust it, there is a 15mm nut holding the pin in a slot in the bottom of the shift lever on the trans. It looks like this (nut on back side):
