VERRY IMPORTANT! Read if you're replacing a heater core
I was replacing the heater core on my 94 coupe. I purchased a core from my local Carquest dealer. THE CORE DID NOT FIT!!!! It is an all aluminum core. Not copper like the original. Carquest listed only one supplier for the core, Spectra. I called spectra and they said they know that it doesn't fit the Corvette. WOW! I called Nappa, Autozone and Advanced. Spectra is their supplier. I took the core to my local radiator shop and had it repaired. They guarantee it.
I used a glue, "The Last Glue", to fix the tabs that broke removing the dash pad. The glue is amazing. It comes with a powder that fills in cracks. Works like a charm. Worth every penny!!!!
