Default ported intake and injector question

I have been seeing these ported intakes on Ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fully-Ported...762604&vxp=mtr

I have only put a set of American Racing headers 1 3/4" Primaries With 3" Collectors, 3" X-pipe (With Cats) and a 3k stall convertor as far as mods on my car along with an SLP air filter intake system on my car as of yet.
The question i have is if i get one of these intakes what fuel injectors should i get as i would like to replace my stock ones. If i use the stock TB and use this intake with new injectors would i get a little bit of a performance upgrade? I plan on having he heads ported in the fall and am doing a little bit at a time as a project on this car. The engine has 40k on it.

Stock injectors and TB right now are fine.

Wait til you get your heads done or buy aftermarkets before buying an intake so you know they will match up.

The gasket he says its "matched to" is a stock one.
Um GM does that?!

Maybe Im just skeptical but it takes removing a fair amount of metal in the right places to really see an improvement. Cartridge rolling something out only makes it look pretty.

head claims are seriously questionable in that ad

Don't see any flow numbers before or after porting.

Exactly...

I just port-matched & enlarged a duel plane carb intake from Edelbrock to AFR heads...
some ports with gasket in place took 5mm off one edge while the next required less than 0.5mm removed..or even zero. Shaping and balance quickly become the issue. When the factory castings are that irregular or inconsistant it gets more complicated than just a port matching...runner vol and shapes matter too.
The next brand of gasket might be more 'off' than this one..

What most folks do not realize is that 99% of these metal products come from the same foundries with a different companies name on the casting....

Enkei..for example. GM, Suzuki, Yamaha, BBS, Acura..etc They cast aluminum products like wheels for 75% of the wheel sellers on the planet.

FIC

Call Jon and describe what you;ve done. He will guide you and maybe even advise a bump up by a cpl lbs/hr with adjustments in pressure. You can do that with B-III injectors...get a little more flow with an increase in -pressure.

Its not as easy as it sounds....next will be racetronix and a hi-vol fuel pump to keep up with the demands.
Once you start.....it never ends

40K stock motor? I'd have left it alone and enjoyed the tight factory feel as long as I could... ya don't tempt fate by fixing what ain;t broke.
