something blocking egr valve removal
Hi all. I asked this over on general discussion but got no response so decided to ask you tech guys. I went to replace the egr valve on my 95but there is what looks like a sensor blocking me from backing it up enough to remove it. It is about 3 or 4 inches long and about an inch in diameter. My problem is getting any kind of wrench big enough way down to the base of it to unscrew it. Anyone have any experience with removing this? And by the way what is it? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I hope this helps. On my 95 I also needed to remove what I believe is an Air Check Valve (could be incorrect about the part) that is above the EGR Valve before I could remove mine. If I'm way off base sorry
