C4 1991 L98 AC Problem
2nd owner. AC fuse on door panel must be removed and reinstalled almost every time I turn on the AC. Sometimes it quits after driving or restarting the car. Sometimes it sounds like a trap door popping. Was this a recall or how do I fix this?

A/C fuse usually just powers the compressor clutch coil and I don't know of any relation to the controls or processor which are on a different circuit (for good reason). If it's making noise and popping there's probably a compressor issue, or maybe it is the Processor Circuit - what's the amperage? 25 amps is pretty much just the compressor.
