Burning issue for you!
Help me guys.....94, C4, 83k miles.....put new tires, water pump, plugs, wires, fuel filter and cooling fan in last fall in IL. Could finally run the thing thru a drive thruru without boiling over. Now, she sat for a bit til now and I have moved to Texas. This puppy ran like a top in IL, but now shw wants to run hot again, and when it gets to 240 or so, it wants to cut out and eventually stall. Thought it was a bad valve, but whrn this cargets hot, it runs like garbage. Suggestions? Fan comes on right about 240-250, but it wants to cut out real bad. Bad gas? Not enough octane?
