at about the 14 second range.... you need about 10hp per .1 is what you should go by. But the number gets higher the lower you go. You need a lot more horsepower to go from 11.0 to 10.9 then 14.0 to 13.9.... but for corvettes in the 13s it should be around 10 hp per .1 I hope this helps
