When traveling we stopped and restarted as usual. But the car would not go over 2000 rpms. Would sound like an exhaust leak out of the front of the engine when trying to rev higher and very rough. Did find that the knock sensor wire had fallen of but when placed back on no change. Codes 12-43 were all that showed. Fuel rail presure is 42-46 and seems to hold. The car is getting harder to start each time someone wants to hear what it is doing.
