Default Replacing Injectors-Need Help

I've been avoiding this job for a while. Now I am almost all the way in. I have all runner bolts out, although runners will not come off around the fuel rails. Anyway, do I need to separate the crossover tubes from the fuel rails? Looks like it as the whole unit will not come straight up due to the angles of the injectors going into the rails. I have not put any pressure on anything yet. Let me know. Thanks!

I have changed them before without removing the runners. I remember having to remove one of the back injectors. Then I believe the rail lifted out whole.

I removed the runners, then removed the fuel rail.

Do you have the bolt on the backside of the runners out?

The Passenger side is on the front and the drivers side on the rear.

you using a manual to guide you? if you are not too far gone, need to mark the runner bolts some way, since there are 3 diff ones.
there is a procedure to leave runners on, disassemble the rail, but if you have runners loose, they will come off with rail where it is. I can send a video if you want it. if I find it.

I did remove all runner bolts. The driver's side rear bolt was fun to get to from around the distributor. I think i can wiggle the runners off if I work at it. This car is killing my back.

No need to loosen the lower bolts at all.
