It's the opti!
Finally got around to removing the opti, shook it and it sounds like a rattle so I'm glad this is my problem and I did not do this job for nothing. Must have blown up inside.

Finally got around to removing the opti, shook it and it sounds like a rattle so I'm glad this is my problem and I did not do this job for nothing. Must have blown up inside. Also all the seals on the timing cover are intact, looks like my leak is coming from the front left corner of the pan.
