84 corvette cut offs when driven
every now an then my car will cut off when im driving it. one of my neighbors told me its the crank sensor but i want to be sure before i pay the money and find out its something else, but do you guys know anything about this the car will start right back up and keep going like nothings wrong. heres a video of it stopping after revving it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrAQNmmqYHY&feature=plcp

To the best of my knowledge the 84 does not have a crank sensor... I would start by suggesting that you get an FSM (factory service manual). Check the tps for .525 v key on, also check for vacuum leaks, and check for codes..
