Rear wheel stud installation.
Hello! I'm new to this board. :seeya
My car is an '87 IROC with a 5.7l TPI, but I'm working on my friend's '85 Vette. One of the rear wheel studs broke off. I removed the remnants easily enough, but cannot get the new stud behind the flange.
I tried removing the big nut on the hub, but could not get the hub off. Do you somehow remove the brake shoes for access? I don't see how without pulling the hub.:confused: How do I go about this? Thanks in advance for your help.
