1993 clutch/flywheel replacement
He also said all the parts were the correct thickness. (although machining the flywheel sounds like a good option right now
)The new clutch disc was not labeled, but it only fits one way, there is no possible way to bolt the pressure plate up if it's installed backwards.
The slaves with wrong seals were only the stock style slaves, the replacement he got is a cast slave. And we already checked the pushrod lenghts, they are exactly the same, we even tried using each one.
The one thing I did notice was that the pivot ball had groves worn in it from the clutch fork. I think it is very possible that if the ball and fork are worn, it could very well cause this problem. We may have to change out both before we do anything else.
what is everyone thoughts on this?

Edit: I looked it up. The blue tag bearing will not fit over the black tag ZF guide tube. If you have the wrong bearing, it'll be obvious since there will be bearing and/or guide tube damage when you pull it apart.
