Service ASR
93 convertible, yesterday rolling down the highway went to go around the car in front of me , hit passing gear got to around 4000 rpm seem to hit the bump like on my Harley , Service ASR light came on and engine shut down had to wait on side of the highway for 10 minutes before car would crank again . Turned ASR off and all seemed fine. The ASR just seems to be a little to touchy these days . Ive been seeing ASR active light on every now and then like when I hit a pot hole or some imperfection in the road . what could be happening ???
