Is it the trans up shifting and down shifting? or is it the torque converter locking and unlocking?
While it's doing it, leave your foot on the gas, and lightly touch the brake pedal. If the problem stops, it is the torque converter locking and unlocking.
This is normal.
Try changing your rear tire size next time to a next smaller size, and it should go away.
your speedo will be about 5 mph off at 75, but it won't be hunting in traffic anymore.

It sounds like it's operating normally. This is a sports car, not a Cadillac.
