Default 95 fuel injector replacement

Need some advice. I have some mechanical background, mainly on older cars and I need to replace the injectors on my 95. Is this a task that should be completed by a mechanic? Are there special tools needed, etc. I have always gotten good information from this forum so give me your best advice.

- Pull the fuel pump fuse and run the engine until it dies. Attempt a couple restarts. This clears most of the fuel out of the rail.
- Remove the electrical connectors from the injectors
- Remove the four bolts that secure the rail to the intake
- Lift the rail with the injectors attached free of the intake
- Remove the old injectors (you'll see the clips to release them)
- Install the new injectors. Put a little oil on the new o-rings to seat them in the rail and the manifold.
- Finish reassembly

Takes an experienced mechanic about 20 minutes.

Flow balanced injectors:

You can see how little gas is in my catch container.

I tell ya though....if you gotta ask how to do this on an LT1, you may be better served taking it to a shop.

Easier than changing spark plugs.
