lt1 fuel rail covers
I was looking at buying a Corvette lt1 fuel rail kit (new) that contains two covers, hose, and hardware. I am installing an lt1 from a 97 ws6 in my 84 and wanted to know should this kit bolt right on just like a Corvette lt1? I think the covers really help the looks of the engine compartment.

yes.. the F-Body LT1 and Vette LT1 external appearance and configuration is the same.. the difference being minor intake and exhaust restrictions in the F-Body LT1, and a less aggresive cam profile and two bolt mains as opposed to the vette four bolt - installing the F-Body LT1 in a corvette should eliminate the exhaust and intake restrictions if you utilize an LT1 corvette exhaust (or better) and the factory LT1 intake duct routing..
