Read this on YouTube today:

The higher the volume of air, the less fuel is needed. thus creating more power.

Apparently AFR is nothing to be concerned with.

I think I saw something very similar on a magazine advert for Ford's ecoboost motor. Head scratching stuff..

Perhaps it should show ..
The higher the volume of air, the less fuel is needed TO RESULT IN BLOWN HEAD GASKETS OR MELTED PISTONS

Well it can only help if you are running overly rich in the first place.

Maybe tell this to a nitro funny car mechanic, tell him if he has a blower putting more air in the 12 or so gallons of fuel he uses per 1/4 mile run can be changed to 8 gallons. Maybe when he finishes laughing he will explain the air fuel ratio do's and dont's.
