1991 Corvette Digital Gauges Work Intermittently
So I have had my Corvette for two days now. I noticed that yesterday as I was driving it home all of the sudden my center digital gauge numbers just dissapeared, the odometer, gas mileage, speedometer, fuel gauge. About a minute later when I gun it they turn back on. Only happened once the entire two hour trip. The orange back light stays on all of the time. Happened again on my second drive yesterday for a minute. And on my 15 minute drive tonight it was off as soon as I start the car. Still didn't come back on (Back light stayed on as usual). It's hard to drive without a speedometer, I can just use my GPS for now. What I'm wondering is what is causing this (Probably loose connection) and which wires or sensor do I need to replace or clean? Thanks in advance.
