Yup, I have, some rodents ate the wiring back near the charcoal canister and they where shorting out. Fixed the wiring, all good then.
Follow the FSM and start disconnecting stuff in that circuit until it stops blowing.

If you'd rather not blow a bucket of fuses while you're trying to find a short circuit, rig up a test light to tell you when you have found a short. Take an old fuse and solder wires to the two terminals, then connect the two wires to a spare headlight bulb. Plug this thing into the fuse panel, and when you have a short, the light will come on, but nothing will smoke!
