Default Where in MA would you get your computer reprogrammed?

I'm installing a Lt4 hotcam kit in my Lt1 and I understand I will have to have the idle adjusted.

I looked into LT1Edit, but it's pretty pricy just for an idle adjustment. I don't bracket race or anything like that, so no need to constantly fiddle with the programming.

I'm 20mins north of Boston. Anybody know where I can get this done? Should I just buy a chip from Ed Wright? What's my best option?

Thanks
Jay

ttt - anyone? NH would be fine too.

I also put an inquiry to Craig Marcho to see if would do a mail order deal for me.

I have heard mixed reviews on Ed Wright's work. Anybody have additional feedback on his custom burns?

Ultimately I would prefer to get it on a dyno and do it right.

Thanks
Jay

I went with an Ed Wright chip when I did my LT4 hot cam conversion. I had Ed raise the fuel cut off to 6200 rpm and the fans to turn on at 180. So far I've had no problems with his chip.

Thanks for the feedback. How do you like the hotcam, what is your idle speed now?

I like it alot. It's a great daily driver cam. Even though I'm using my stock heads, it pulls really hard from 3000-6000 rpm. My next investment is in a set of high flow heads an a 52mm TB to tie it all together.

Did you lose much bottom end?

From your sig it looks like you are still running stock gears. I'll probably go 4:10 before porting the heads.

Yes. It felt like I did lose some bottom end, but the pull from 3000 rpm to 6000 rpm makes up for it. I have the RPO code GM3 which I believe is 3:45's. 4:09's may be in my future too.
