Your system is lean according to the code. The right o2 sensor has set it. It may be due to a bad right side o2 sensor, map sensor, exh. leak or maybe contaminated fuel....any other symptoms?
I will try to replace the O2 sensor. Other symptoms? I can feel the power is loosing when the Engine Light turns on. I already reset the fuel pressure to 46PSI from 48PSI.

You might try and disconnect the MAP sensor, clear the code from the ECM and restart the car. If it doesn't reset the code, then it may be your MAP. Hook it back up and start the car, Tap on the bottom of the MAP gently and see if makes the car stumble. If so, replace the MAP too.
I did reset the code twice by removing the power to the ECM, but did not disconnect the MAP sensor. I started the car for about an hour after resetting the code. Everything was OK. However, after a day or two, "CODE 64" came back.
