Default '89 HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!

I have a problem with my headlights. The right motor flips up the lamp, but the motor continues to whirr for 3-4 sec. The left motor only flips up the lamp half way and the motor does not continue to run. What do I do?

You can buy the bushings at Ecklers or any other Corvette place. I had to chang mine. I have an 89 Vette. The head light would go almost all the way and then drop down. Sure enough, It was the bushings. Most places charge $10.00 for two sets, So you are able to do both sides. The job was time consuming since I never did it before. I took my time so I would not break anything.

Definitely the bushings. I used the directions in tech tips and didn't have any problems. https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=16&TopicID=2
