'95 no start questions
Got a call from a buddy this afternoon. His FIL's '95 was dead the other morning. My buddy checked the battery (4 volts) so he swapped in a new battery. Still nothing (no cranking). My buddy suspected a crapped starter, but that seems quite the coincidence to me (battery and starter crapping out at the same drive cycle).
I'm not familiar with any of the nanny issues (anti-theft, etc) inherent in these models of C4s, and am just curious if there are any problem issues with these cars when electrical power is removed.
This is all the background info I have on their problem. Given that a dead battery is certainly an expected occurance in a small portion of any model year I would hope that it's a non-issue here but I'd welcome any relevant info regarding electrical power loss.
