Check your half shaft universal joints
Usually the outer one closest to the wheel will fail first due to the extra heat from brakes etc. Of course replace all 4
Jack the car up so both rear wheels are of the ground and look for play when moving the half shafts by hand, try pushing and pulling it up and down when rotating the half shaft by hand near each universal joint. Universal joints are small and all your h/p goes thu them, i only tend to get a few years out of them .....but hey that may just be my driving style
