Chrome Wheels
I have O Z wheels that were originally painted silver, but i hit a curb and now i need to have one repaired, Anyway, the guy at the place sid for 250.00 a wheel they can strip the silver and chrome them. What do you guys think? Will the chrome turn out on a wheel that was already painted originally?

That price seems a little high. I think you could get a good set for about $200 less. Since the original rims are coated, I'm sure if it were properly done, it would be ok.
But I would just recommend that you consider getting them stripped and polished. They looks almost as good as chrome, and if they get damaged they can be polished again. But with chrome, you are prety much out of luck.
