Default O2 after cat sensor

Installing new ARH headers. I have to pass emissions (sniffer) in PA and have gotten conflicting opinions on deleting the after cat (pass side) O2 sensor on my '95. Anybody have an opinion on what that will do to me as far as passing emmision? No problem putting it on, just wondering if there is a point.
TIA

I have a 96 LT4 which has an o2 on each side after cats. The headers came with only one bong [I forget the side] but I tapped the wires from the other side and put in the o2 sencer with both sets of wires in order to fool the computer. So far this has worked for me,headers have been on for about a 1000 mi. and 1 year with no problem, however I do not have to pass emissions in my state.Hope this helps.

What county do you live in? I live in Cambria, we only have visual emissions and a gas cap check, no sniffer. Somerset county they have no emissions... Might I suggest to you to run classic plates on your car... No emissions testing period with a classic plate and you pay $75 for it one time and that is it, regular car plates are like forty bucks a year! And classic insurance is normally way cheaper than regular insurance... I should clarify what I mean by that, I can get full coverage classic insurance with agreed value for what I pay for only liability on my regular insurance and a regular plate... that is the route I would go and you or any subsequent owner of your car will never have to worry about the sniffer ever again...

I live in an emmision county and Classic plates don't work for me...“It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle or vehicle with antique, classic or vintage registration plates for general daily transportation. Permitted use shall be limited to participation in club activities, exhibits, tours, parades, occasional transportation and similar uses.” Occasional transportation and similar uses is defined as one day a week.
Many of our LEO's down here actually know this law and stop people to question why they are driving and where are they going and will issue a ticket. And I have had Hagerty insurance for years on many of my cars.

"Officer I am on my way to Napa right now to get parts for my daily driver."

Second time they see you and stop you, "officer, what am I supposed to do, my damn daily driver is still on the injured reserve list, and I am going to Napa again."

"Sign here, Sir. By signing here you are not admitting guilt, you are simply acknowledging you received the citation."

"I know the drill, see you in court, and please do your homework, because I will. In fact, Officer, I will spend every free moment I have studying this particular law. By the time we meet again I will know this law better than you know the proper way to jam your knee into a resisting suspects neck. I will be an expert on classic plate regulations! One of you beat me once and we were playing for keeps, that will never happen again. Have an awesome day!"

What bothers me most about the whole notion is if someone actually did get stopped for this, all the other crimes that could be committed because the officer's time was tied up writing traffic citations because some jokester tried saving a couple bucks on his Corvette plates! Damn long hairs, no respect for the law!

Sorry to go off topic and all. Hopefully you get an answer to your question and a little laugh from my little hypothetical conversation above ^^^^

One day a week... can I save up my winter days and use them later? What if I decide to take an overnight in state trip? If I took my car, would I have to walk home if I didn't do it on a weekend? Would I have to keep a record of weeks I didn't drive her and then some sort of credit system to use days saved for multiple day in week usage? Look at how loosely what you quoted is written. Holy 'reasonable doubt' Batman... The glove does not fit, therefore you must acquit!

THERE IS A BOMB ON THIS THREAD. WE HAVE HIJACKED YOUR THREAD. PLEASE GIVE IN TO OUR DEMANDS AND NOBODY WILL GET HURT. Sorry again! I type really fast...
