Default C4 Spindles

I've got a quick go / no-go question. I've got an '84 project car that also came with an extra set of spindles that have larger caliper mounting bosses. The number on the back of the "new" spindles is 14084047/48. From a quick google search, I believe these are '85 spindles.

These '85 spindles should bolt right up to my '84 suspension no problem correct?

Thanks everyone,

-Tim

Apparently so
It is what guys with '84's do when they do the J55 brake conversion because they need the larger caliper mounting holes

I have an 85 that i upgraded to the J55 13 inch discs and callipers they do not fit the 85 brackets, it needed a specially made adapter bracket to fit the callipers.

Those are '85MY spindles and YES the only difference is the 14mm threaded bosses where as your '84MY parts are 12mm.
