If you're looking for the 3/8" hose assembly that has two hoses from the surge tank (one goes to the top of the radiator and tees off to the throttle body and the other hose goes from the surge tank to the white overflow bottle), then you are out of luck. I used a dorman 3/8 tee and 3/8 Goodyear Hi-Miler hose to make up a new hose to the radiator and bypassed the throttle body. I reused the hose to the overflow tank since it is not under pressure. If you by-pass the throttle body, you can also get rid of the small 90 degree hose coming of the the throttle body.
I have also heard that if you cut the hose off the original metal and hose assembly, there will be a barbed end on the metal part and you can reuse it with new 3/8 hose.

That is correct. If you cut the crimped band clamp off (I used an air powered cutting disk and cut them lengthways) that holds the rubber hose to the metal there is a nice barb under it and you can install new 3/8" hoses with regular hose clamps. I just did mine last month.

Thanks for the good info. I kept the old hose and I may end up reusing the metal section. But the Dorman tee already has a couple thousand miles on it with no problems. If I do it, I'll put the Dorman tee in stock for the future, if necessary.

I'm glad I held onto my original then. I found EVERY hose for my 93 from GM dealer that had it on Craigslist all NOS in perfect condition. All that AND plugs and wires for $100. SCORE!!!
Now I'm good to rebuild my original one and have a spare.
I bought the entire set of hoses for my 90 at Davie's Corvette Parts & Accessories. Just did a quick search and found them for the 96 on Davie's web site.

Good price, the hoses have held up good so far and was fast delivery.
I hope this doesn't violate a forum rule as I have no connection to the company.
That set of hoses does not contain the discontinued hose assembly that we have been talking about - it is discontinued and I spent a good deal of time trying to find a nos set without any luck. That's why I made up a new one from aftermarket.
