I have 1 NOS but I don't recall the position. If you have a "light" you need to do some diagnostics to determine the "fault". You will need patience and a FSM for diagnostics.
There is a little you can do to diagnose the system. Service Manual says to jack it up and take an air hammer to each wheel and if the vibration sets off the light, replace the sensor. If you have a light on all the time, it's usually the Receiver. They aren't well shielded and can pickup electrical noise from the car next to you at a traffic light.
There are 4 unique (color coded) sensors which originally were wheel specific and the Owner's Manual said you couldn't move them; or rotate the tires without dismounting each tire. A Service Bulletin was subseqently issued stating that as long as you had one of each sensor, it didn't matter which wheel it went on - which made sense since the Receiver just isn't that sophisticated - it simply looks for a signal, at startup (25 mph with the ignition in the Run Position) from each sensor.

His is an '89MY and I don't know for a fact but a '90MY is a 2 bulb test.
Yes they're not well shielded. A friend had a '90MY that every time he passed a highway maintenance facility near him the system was set off.
THE OP needs a FSM for this car. He's got several questions that are most easily researched if a FSM is in hand and you've reasonable intelligence.
