Plug for Cold Start Injector
I have a 1990 Vette and wanted to buy some 1985 polished runners. My mechanic told me the cold start injector would have to be plugged on the runners since the 1990 didn't have one. Why can I buy one of these, or how can I make one? TIA

Ive done that several times, J&B weld a quarter over the hole where the 9TH injector fits into the runner and your through with that problem!

I suppose is your carefull you could,I clean the intake squeaky clean then just drop in 3 nickels as spacers, coat the top one with J&B weld and press the quarter in place then smear the edges with the J&B weld Iv never had one come loose and you can remove it if you want too.

90% 0f all hardware stores and 50% of all auto parts stores Ive been in carry J&B weld, you just mix equal parts/amounts from each of the two tubes mix till its evenly gray (at least 1 -2 minutes) smear on a clean dry surface and let stand over night.
