Re: Cat back exhaust system question... (STL94LT1)
The system I'm looking at is a custom exhaust that includes Flowmaster series 40 mufflers. It has an H-pipe in the place of the resonator and the rest is custom made and has been pulled off of a 94 Corvette.

?
You already have 4 O2 sensors, and I don't think they have to be moved to install the cat back system.
So the sensors arent on the exhuast and dont need to be moved? If so this should be an easy install right?
Sorry to ask so many questions, I think this is the exhaust Im looking for and I want to make sure it will work before I take the 2 hour drive to go get it tomorrow.

The O2 sensors were not part of the cat back system on my 1994 LT1, they are located before that portion of the exhaust system. You may want to double check on your LT4. Jegs and Summitt state that the cat back systems are the same on the LT1/LT4.
The install is a breaze once the old system is removed. Evertyhing bolts up to the stock hangers. I installed mine by myself in my garage with the car on ramps.
Re: Cat back exhaust system question... (STL94LT1)
Update, I went to Plano and picked up Glock's setup. Took it to Meinike here in Austin (they have a Corvette friendly reputation). They had to add a bung for the 4th 02 sensor on the drivers side and they replaced the rear mounting brakets and installed the exhaust for $65 drive out. They did a great job and they treated my car like gold! I have to say that the car sounds like a completely different beast. It has some resonation between 1500-1700 but at about 1900 it goes away. Very deep rumble at idle and a nice throaty sound at WOT. I am very pleased, just what I wanted!!
I wanted to say thanks to everyone here and especially thanks to Curtis for the deal on the exhaust!!
Being that I haven't read all the posts, the only difference is that there is an oxygen sensor on the right side head pipe. You can have almost any competent muffler shop put the fitting on and everything should be good.
