Default MSD 6AL mount spot

I had to move the 6AL because I bought a new one and it has a removable plug on it, so I used the same bracket I had and added a plate to it, just thought i would post a pic for future idea seekers. Nothing highly accurate or fancy, but it clears the hood and works fine.

Thanks, nothing major here, just wanted to give people some options, plus I am pleased that I can mount my coil in the same spot as well

Going to wrap up the wiring issue this week and start to drive it, its been down since August

My MSD Digital 6+ is in almost the exact location, except the edge towards the front of your car is tilted down 45*.

My 6al is not digital and doesn't have that nice big fat weatherpak connector. I chose to go for a dry and cool location.

Mine is in the floor of the L/H headlight well.
Stays a bit cooler there and is out of the way.

This is where my ended up.....The MSD blaster fit perfect like it was meant from the general.

Larry hooked me up for the bracket for the MSD6AL.
