Vibration problem in my 90
My 90 has a vibration (shimmy) that comes in at about 75 mph. It is hard to tell were it starts, but it runs through the whole car. I can't tell if it is coming from the drive train or through the front end. So far I have rebalanced all four wheels and changed the main drive shaft u-joints. I also have brand new tires. Just wondering if there is any common problems with the 90 for this type of vibration. What would you check next?

where do you feel the vibreation? is it the steering wheel? the seat? very generally if you feel it in the wheel, it's the tires; if you feel it in the seat, it's the drive train. does the speed where it vibrates change? if it's the wheels, sometimes the speed where it starts to vibrate will change because when you go around turns the outside wheel turns faster than the inside. you can also swap the wheels front to rear to see if it lessons the vibration; unballenced wheels up front are more noticeable than the rear wheels.

Checked the front end today, everything is tight. Moved the front tires to the back and back to the front. See what happens on the way to work tomorrow. By the way, most of the vibration is comming through the steering wheel.
