AC Delco (92-94) or Delphi (95-96) is the only way to go.
The Petri$ optisparks used to be good, but they could possibly be using other non-OEM cores that dont have the mitsubishi optical sensor. Someone had a post here about this lately with all kinds of problems on one.
Too many problems with other knock-off optisparks.
If you have a '92-94 (gen I), then this is a good deal. Note, in the pictures, the Mitsubishi emblem on the optical sensor. This is the heart of the unit. You also want to make sure the reluctor ring isnt 'warped' as it is on some knock-off units and that the bearing / seals are tight.
Im selling my OEM AC Delco unit - where I added a 'vent' to it for fresh air and a vacuum line - like the 95-96 style. Worked great, but I had to convert to gen II style to use the LT4 extreme duty timing gear.
I have pics of the optis that Petris sent to me. I was less than impressed.
from your pictures, it looks like they might have changed the 'core' unit they base theirs off -of. (to one that doesnt use mitsubishi sensor, like in my picture).
no Mitsubishi marked sensor buteverything looks new. I do not think he is using rebuilt parts. He also renegged on his lifetime warranty. Mine did not make it 5 seconds without tripping a code 16.
I just went with a used take-off that needed a new cap and rotor. The bearing may lock up tomorrow I just installed it as an experiment to see if my codes would go away. It's been running great so far!

And I have a Summit Racing "white box" Gen 2 Opti on mine.
Had to get one "now" because the gen 1 wouldn't work on the new motor.
So far it has a full season of road racing on it. Was cheap enough that it may even make sense to keep running it until it dies - then buy another.
I'll dig through my stuff - I may still have a gen 1 Dynaspark (just before Dynaspark was sold off).
Damn - got to get my act together and sell off some of this stuff I'll never use again.

Is this 'white box' an AC Delco 'remanufactured' gen II optispark?
Be advised, I got one of those, with a defective optical sensor (from gmpartsdirect).
You could see where they spraypainted black spraypaint over a crack on the optical sensor housing. (but did have Mitsubishi emblem).
The issue with the remanufactured optispark is that they 'recycle' the mitsubishi optical sensor from the core. Its not new. They put in new seals, cap, rotor, bearings, which is great. However the heart of the unit is not replaced.
