Drive shaft removal help

Exhaust and c beam dropped i have two of the four strap bolts out but the other two won't budge without stripping. Already used some pb blaster and nothing. Any ideas?

If the heads are stripped, you have no choice but to grind down the heads with a die grinder to remove the strap.

That's what i was afraid of. What do i do if that's the case?

1 on each strap or 2 on one strap? Did you soak them again before walking away?

I got mine at Advance Auto. They grip so tight that I bent a 3/8' break over bar the first time I used one. Keep soaking the bolt in PB blaster until you get a set of these.

Did you apply heat? A bottle torch will be a big help. Heat the yoke, not the bolt, once you get it good & hot "shock" it with some PB blaster. Also cuisinartvette posted a formula for some penetrating oil that is said to be far superior to PB. It's a 50/50 mix of ATF & acetone. Maybe give this stuff a try before grinding but DO NOT use the torch with it! If the head of the bolt is too rounded off try taking an old socket a bit smaller and beat it on to the head of the bolt.
