Default Trans cooler lines?

When dropping my trans, the two "cooling lines" going into the passenger side of the trans kept twisting when I was trying to take them off. So I ended up just cutting them. Im looking everywhere to find them and im not entirely sure what to call them? Anyone know where I can find thos two lines?

I had to do the same thing when I pulled my transmission. A cheaper solution is to install flare couplings rather than replace the lines.

This won't get me into the concours hall of fame, but I cut the steel lines about 2" out of the tranny, and put a double flare on them. I also did the same thing with the other cut end of the lines and connected the ends with about 2" of rubber tranny hose and hose clamps. Haven't had 1 problem in over 10 years and dore than 20 tranny drops. It was cheap, easy and quick to remove the hose clamps with a 1/4" socket

This is usually caused by the fitting in the transmission undoing when trying to undo the transmission cooler line from the fitting, you can get new lines but make sure you tighten the fittings in the transmission.
Anyway here is a link to new but expensive T700 transmission cooler lines.

Sounds like you didn't unscrew the right part. You unscrew the flare nut. These parts stay in the trans:

Yes they usually do but with the limited space and know how some do not use a spanner on the brass fitting to stop it turning when the trans cooler lines are loosened resulting in twisted lines. It is not unusual to find these brass adapters turn before the trans cooler line flare fitting.

Aah my T700 was nice and clean like that once
