Default 85 - Update/mod questions - shocks, wheels

I have (2) 85's. The one was a driver - 700R4. And the new used one is a 4+3 car.

SHOCKS:
I updated the 700R4 car with bilstein sports and it was great. I could feel the difference when I pulled out the driveway. the originals werent leaky but they were so soft you could compress them with your tongue. the 4+3 car is pretty tight - kinda similar but wondering ..
Q: Should I swap out the 3 yr bilstein sports for the original 4+3 bilistein whatevers.

Q: Is the 4+3 car tight because of maybe the spring rates ... not just the shocks? Its not a Z51.

It would take hours to swap shocks to find out so maybe someone has an opinion or maybe even some bilstein identification numbers for the factory bilsteins and how they compare to the sport bilsteins.

The bilstein website doesnt have oem bilstein part numbers or descriptions so there is no way to compare to aftermarket.

WHEELS:
I want to upgrade away from the 16's. I saw the ZR1 replica's 17x9.5x38 and the 17x11x33's. I also a post that someone swapped 2004 18" wheels on and they fit. Can anybody sort that out - Style ... is a dont car - just looking for a cost effective upgrade to a 17/18.

I would appreciate any photos with descriptions or links.
