Default 1985 Corvette Rough Idle

Ive only had the car three days now and it started to have a rough idle, Idk what it could be someone told me its cause im using normal 86 unleaded fuel, They told me to use 93 and it wont do that, but its pinging right now. All stock. 101k miles, Automatic transmission. It has stalled on my twice so far. Suggestions and Advice is Appreciated.

Def start with the FP... but I want you to know... I fueled up with 87 octane in my 85.... and that was a full tank worth of pinging and even some smoke under hard throttle...

93 in the next tank... right back to normal!

Fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, plug wires, plugs, distributor cap, timing, failing sensors, bad maf, bad relays, vacuum leaks, loose wires...big list.
