Default '85 O2 sensor

Some years ago, I replaced the oxygen sensor on my '85 with a Bosch one. I'd like to replace it with an AC Delco sensor, but, depending on where I look, some places list it as an AFS 21, while others say an AFS 22. Which is the correct one?

Now this opens a can of worms, I have a brand new in the package AFS20 for my 1985 in my hand that is correct for the vehicle. After looking around for more info it looks like that was the original part # but not made anymore. It looks like the AFS21 and AFS22 replace the AFS20 and both will work.

Yeah, after a bit more research that's kinda what I came up with. AC Delco's site listed AFS21 as fitting '80 - '92 'Vettes and '93 LT1, and AFS22 as fitting '80 - '82 and '88 (or'89) - '92 and '93 LT1. Another site said the AFS22 had been superceeded by AFS21. I was getting a headache, so I ordered an AFS21 and figured it should be good to go. Just 1 thing on my list of 'winter tweaking'.

That Vette is a great color. You do not see many blue ones. Nice!

Thanks! The paint's pretty dull, but I have gotten quite a few comments about the color. This is a pic I took last fall. Cool old gas station/garage.
