Default C4 Master cylinder warning switch plug off
If I want to plug the threaded hole in the master cylinder where the warning switch goes, what thread size?

I don't have the old switch and to go to the parts store for a plug, so I was wondering if anyone knew the size

Just cover it with tape to keep the dirt out. The port is dry so there is nothing to leak out (unless there is an internal leak in the master cylinder).
