86 700r4 TC chuggle
I'm helping a friend with an 86 iron head car. The tranny is chuggling at ~40 mph like the TCC is confused. My autoXray doesn't even show the TCC engaged/disengaged, so I don't know if the ECM is commanding lockup or not. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

My car chugged when the TCC locked up in OD also. So yes the ECM contols the TCC. Answer your other post, yes it is 165.
