If you are willing to learn, you can be the best tuner for your car. Less than $200 for a Burn2, some chips and Tunerpro RT. You need a datalog cable anyway, its about $80 and I doubt anybody would tune for you if you cant datalog.

You may also have more luck asking in the regional section or the tuning section of the forum if you haven't done so already. As far as I'm concerned if you're wanting a chip for anything more than removal of vats or egr(something of that nature) then only do mail order if you have the ability to datalog and get adjustments made to your chip. That's the only way you could account for all the nuances that comprise your setup.
