Need some tweaking on a tune for my LT4. I would like to find someone with access to dyno, that has been actively tuning LT4's (96 and 97 OBD ll's) that is located in the north Alabama or middle Tennessee area. It seems a lot of tuners have moved on to other locations or jobs. My current tune is doing good numbers but I think I have a little too much timing. The exhaust really stinks. (new cats)
You can try South Georgia Corvette in Thomasville, GA. Phone and address is on Internet. A bit of a drive from Northern AL. You'll need to make an appointment. He and his GM cohort from (I believe) Orlando, did an amazing job on my 94. Only touches Corvettes, Vipers and Cobras. NOT your average dyno shop, by any means. Not inexpensive either, but well worth the money.
Thanks, but it 's running great. Like I said above I did not do it myself. I know my limitations. The pros at South Georgia Corvette did a super job. It did cost some money but it was well worth it to me.

I have LT1 edit and have downloaded some tunes buy I have no access to dyno or scanner. A shop in Dayton area did some great tuning on it but the fellow there is out of pocket at this time. My vette is throwing some enrichening codes and might have just a tad too much timing. I was hoping someone really close could give it a quick tweak. There just doesn't seem to be that many shops tuning the '96 and '97 years because they are unique and not worth the trouble, I suppose.
