Shock Bushings

Just received a new set of Bilsteins for my 1987 Z-52. The bushings that came with the front shocks do not have the nipple that passes thru the frame like the originals. I am concerned that without the nipple the top of the shock will move around.
Any ideas if the originals are available, if so where could I get them.

You could buy new bushings but if you're handy just cut off some of the bushing to the right shape. The bushings being an eighth inch shorter to create the nipple won't hurt anything.
