Shift Kit type and $
I saw that many of the shift kits used here are Trans-go. I had a B&M in my Camaro that worked great. Which one is better. The Camaro had the same tranny as my Vette-700R4. Also how much is the installation of a shift kit? Thanks for the help.

Did a search and I'm going with Transgo. Sorry I should have done that first. I still have a question though. When I buy the kit can I set it up either auto or manual shifting from the same kit or do I have to buy a seperate kit for manual shifting?

I installed a Trans-go kit in my 95. It was a very messy job. It's worth $200.00 to have a trans shop do it. Trans-go told me there is no kit that will do auto and full manual valve body together. It's one or the other. I had a manual valve body in a mustang. It was great. I am very pleased with the kit I installed in the 95.

I reciently bought some parts from http://www.bulkparts.com They are CHEAP!

I looked over the Makco prices...they are about 20-40% higher than you can get by going to the local trans parts suppliers.
As I say...you can look in the phone book for your city, or you can throw away cash.
