Default Tool help needed

Hi - My mechanic discovered that after he flushed out the block of my 86 vert that 1 or 2 of the torx-head screws that hold the intake manifold down are loose. He was wondering if anybody on the forum knew if anybody makes a tool to tighten them down without removing the Fuel injection and all it's related parts. It has to fit a #45 torx, and have a 90o bend real near to the torx, in order to fit in the tight space. What he needs I would compare it to an Allen Wrench, only with a torx, instead of a hex head. I don't see how he can do this, but the guy is good. Does anybody know if such a tool exists? Thanks for any help you can offer. Cynthia

These are quite handy also and are usually sold in sets. A 1/4" ratcheting box wrench or just a box 1/4" should get the job done also.
