Default Hyperchip/Tune?

I've been doing some reading about deleting the air pump egr and cats. Long tube headers etc...

Texas doesn't have emission requirements on a car 25 years old but removing that equipment is still a federal violation.

From what i'm reading cam overlap enabled LT1 C4's to eliminate the egr. Lee has pretty much convinced me i should keep it intact on my L98.

So i'm on the fence about what changes i want to make. LT headers are great i know but i'm not racing and one thing i don't want to end up with is an exhaust that blows my ears out.

I'm considering this change that eliminates the precats yet leaves the main cat then go with Corsa exhaust. I think this will sound better without being too loud.



I'm also on the fence about deleting the air pump.

As for tuning is there a chip that i buy to make my car run better? Or some local tuner i should go to in the Dallas area?
