Default 1996 LT1 Fuel pressure regulator

My fuel pressure regulator started leaking. It's the stock original one on a stock engine that I intend to keep stock.

Should I just get an oem replacement?

If yes, should I get a Delphi or AcDelco. Looks like the Delphi is cheaper athough quality is more important to me.

Locally, I can get an Echlin or Delphi from Napa but they would have to get it from the warehouse. Their Echlin is more expensive then their Delphi.

I used an AC Delco replacement and it works like a charm...

Here is the video I made on how to change it out:

I wonder why the AcDelco is about $25 more than the Delphi.
Both of them supply GM.
I also wonder if this is a get-what-you-pay for difference in quality or not.

I want the quality but don't want to throw the difference away if there isn't.

I have had poor results using Borg-Warner replacement parts on my 1995 LT-1. Use A C Delco only! Fuel regulator part #'s are ACD 217-364, GM# 1701410. In Texas you can but ACD parts from XL Parts in Houston. They will ship to you if you don't have an outlet near you. Also, AC Delco on Amazon is a source. Good luck

I already ordered the Delphi part from RockAuto.
I hope it will be OK.
