Default Another noob question..:-)

My 94 came from Ohio where they use front license plates. Fortunately the original plate cover came with the car but the hardware is long gone. I'm assuming the tabs on top just stick up into the bumper cover and it anchors with the 2 screws at the bottom. They're kind of wedged in under the bottom edge of the cover so you can't see them. There isn't much room so I'm not sure what sort of screws to use and how to get them in there without scratching the crap out of my cover. I know this is kind of petty but I don't like that empty hole on the nose of my car.......

lay a strip of paper tape along the edge of the plate cover. Use the smallest screw you can find. When done with the phillips or torx driver, pull the tape off.
